WHAT TO EXPECT
DURING YOUR SESSION ...
After determining your intention for your session you will be guided into the Ellipse. You will be seated in a zero gravity chair and reclined to your comfort level.
​
You will be given a blanket for comfort. You will have a call bell if you should need anything during the session.
​
You will have 40 minutes of music followed by 10 minutes of silence.
​
It is important during your session that you relax and allow your body to do what it needs to do.
